Make an Impact Every Day As a Veterinary Assistant or Technician, you'll help provide compassionate, high-quality care while supporting the veterinarians and the rest of the hospital team. Your day may include: Providing hands-on care for hospitalized and outpatient patients Assisting veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and procedures Preparing patients for surgery and other medical procedures Obtaining patient histories and monitoring vital signs Collecting blood and other laboratory samples Assisting with diagnostics and in-house laboratory testing Supporting radiology, ultrasound, endoscopy, and other diagnostic services Administering medications as directed Assisting with anesthesia and surgical procedures based on training and experience Maintaining accurate medical records Communicating with clients about patient care and treatment instructions Helping patients feel safe and comfortable throughout their visit Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area Working closely with doctors and teammates to provide an exceptional client and patient experience We're looking for a veterinary professional who is compassionate, dependable, and excited to continue growing. You may be a great fit if you have: Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant or Veterinary Technician A genuine passion for animal care Strong communication and interpersonal skills A willingness to learn and develop new clinical skills The ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organization A positive, professional approach to patient and client care The ability to thrive in a busy veterinary hospital Credentialed Veterinary Technicians are welcome to apply, as are experienced Veterinary Assistants looking to take the next step in their veterinary careers.
