About You:  - You must hold an AVMA-accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree - Must hold a Texas State Veterinary Board license in good standing or have the ability to obtain one if you are relocating. - Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a DVM; however, Associate Level positions are open to less experienced Veterinarians if desired. - Strong communication skills and a passion for fostering robust relationships with clients and colleagues. - A genuine penchant for veterinary care and a commitment to professional growth within the industry. - Prioritization of Fear-free or low-stress handling techniques in your approach to pet care. - Ideally, you will have had some leadership or management responsibilities in the past and enjoy teaching/mentoring other Veterinary Staff.
