Requirements
We are seeking a Veterinary Medical Director to lead a progressive companion animal practice serving the Coppell community. This role combines hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to guide medical standards while collaborating with an experienced team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic technology and provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats, including preventative medicine, internal medicine, diagnostics, and surgical services. In this position, the Medical Director will mentor associate veterinarians, support clinical decision-making, and help establish medical protocols that maintain high standards of patient care. The role also involves working closely with the hospital leadership team to support operational efficiency, team development, and overall practice success.
