Job Description

We are seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a progressive and community-focused practice in Cross Roads. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment supported by an experienced veterinary team and well-trained support staff. The hospital provides a full spectrum of services including preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, and urgent care, allowing veterinarians to deliver comprehensive treatment across a varied caseload. In this role, the veterinarian will conduct patient examinations, diagnose and manage medical conditions, and perform routine surgical and dental procedures. The position emphasizes strong client communication, continuity of care, and maintaining high clinical standards across both routine and more urgent cases. The practice promotes a supportive culture that values teamwork, mentorship, and professional growth. This role is well suited to a veterinarian who enjoys building long-term client relationships, working within a collaborative team, and delivering high-quality care while continuing to develop their clinical expertise.
