Job Description

We are seeking a Client Service Representative/Manager to join our veterinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and client/customer service skills. Proficiency in medical software and excellent verbal and written communication in English are required. Experience with dictation, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher is also necessary. Responsibilities include collaborating with veterinarians and staff to deliver efficient, friendly service at a wellness and rehabilitation veterinary facility. Duties encompass managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, registering microchips, preparing rabies tags and certificates, and processing client payments. Additionally, ongoing cleaning and disinfecting of the lobby will be required to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
