Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Regional Medical Director to oversee a group of fantastic veterinary hospitals across the Nashville, Tennessee. This is a dynamic leadership position where you’ll shape clinical excellence, mentor DVMs, and establish best practices that elevate standards of care and client service across a thriving network of hospitals. This is more than a single-site leadership role—you’ll have the opportunity to influence the direction of veterinary medicine regionally, while still staying clinically active through mentoring the next generation of Veterinarians. Working alongside a Regional Operations Director, you’ll guide hospital teams, support associate development, and ensure consistent delivery of top-tier care. Your responsibilities will include mentoring new graduates, recruiting and onboarding talented doctors, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. You’ll be instrumental in setting medical standards, refining workflows, and ensuring the highest quality outcomes for patients and their families. This role will involve remote working as well as travel to various hospitals in the Nashville vicinity. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who thrives in a leadership capacity while wanting to maintain hands-on clinical involvement. You’ll receive the resources, support, and autonomy needed to lead effectively while shaping the future of veterinary care in Nashville, Tennessee.
