Veterinary Client Service Representative - Part-Time Weekdays

Schedule: Monday: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Tuesday-Thursday: 5:00 PM-10:00 PM Are you passionate about helping pets and the people who love them? We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our veterinary team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, compassionate, and organized experience while supporting our veterinarians and technicians in delivering exceptional patient care. Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role: Greet clients and patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion.  Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries. Schedule appointments and obtain accurate patient medical histories. Verify patient vaccination records, immunization status, and required testing. Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with veterinarians and veterinary technicians. Process invoices, collect payments, and explain charges when needed. Fill prescription medications, prescription diets, and over-the-counter products as directed by the veterinarian. Accurately maintain patient records and enter information into veterinary practice management software. Support daily front desk operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Perform additional duties as assigned to support hospital operations. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, or veterinary customer service role preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to remain calm and compassionate in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift 30-50 pounds. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
