Animal Emergency & Specialty Center of Chattanooga is now hiring a dedicated, experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join our team as a Medical Director. This opportunity will allow you to develop your career without giving up patient care or your work-life balance!   What You'll Do: Work on the clinical floor 3–4 days per week Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Veterinarians Conduct annual reviews, host team meetings, develop compliance protocols, and ensure adherence to standards of care Oversee medical staffing plans and align doctor scheduling to patient care needs and operational goals Partner with Hospital Leadership and Regional Operations to drive hospital strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve financial goals Create and maintain a positive, team-first environment focused on quality medicine and outstanding client service Support Veterinarians’ professional and personal development through coaching and guidance With a 4.3-star rating from more than 1,000 Google reviews, we’re proud of the reputation we’ve built as Chattanooga’s premier specialty and emergency hospital and a trusted resource for pets, families, and referring veterinarians throughout Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia.
