Established over 25 years ago, this well-equipped, full-service hospital in Chattanooga, TN is searching for its next superstar Veterinarian to join their experienced five-doctor team. Do you pride yourself on delivering high-quality, ethical veterinary medicine? This hospital boasts exceptional standards and has created a fantastic reputation within the local community. The current team fosters an excellent culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and peer-to-peer mentorship. Both experienced and new graduate Veterinarians are encouraged to apply, with support available no matter what stage of your career. This modern, stand-alone clinic is extremely well-equipped with the latest tools and technology available in order to provide a wide range of services to small animals. The hospital sees a diverse range of cases from routine wellness checks to advanced surgery, including orthopedics, dentistry, and alternative treatments. You will be given a dedicated surgery day per week with the opportunity to increase or decrease your surgical caseload depending on your own clinical interests. Included in the incredible benefits package on offer, you will receive a healthy CE budget to complete additional training in your areas of interest, with additional PTO days to attend. Looking for a consistent and predictable schedule? This clinic can offer you a schedule to suit your preferences, ideally working 4 days a week with minimal Saturdays on rotation with the other doctors. In reference to their culture of mutual respect, the clinic is managed onsite, giving you medical autonomy and trust to do your job.
