Our state-of-the-art facility includes two dedicated veterinarians and a passionate support team committed to the highest standards of care. We stay current with the latest advancements in diagnostics, medical treatments, surgical procedures, and preventive wellness. Our clinic is equipped with top-tier medical, surgical, and dental equipment, including an underwater treadmill for advanced rehabilitation. Your Role – Clinical Leader and Driver of Excellence As a Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician (LVMT), you will be encouraged to practice at the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first approach. We consistently adhere to AAHA utilization guidelines. Primary responsibilities include: - Anesthesia and analgesia: IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, advanced monitoring, and recovery - Dentistry: Full-mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy under DVM direction - Diagnostics: High-quality radiography and positioning, in-house laboratory analysis, and sample collection - Nursing and triage: Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and management of catheters and feeding tubes - Workflow leadership: Leading technician appointments, coordinating team huddles, and mentoring assistants and externs Growth Opportunities and Schedule - Career growth tailored to your interests, with paid precepting, skill check-offs linked to ladder milestones, and leadership training - Full-time employment with flexible scheduling options (choose between four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts) and a predictable weekend rotation - Access to modern equipment, including digital radiography, dental radiography, in-house laboratory, infusion pumps, and multi-parameter monitors If you are ready to advance your career with a team that values and fully utilizes credentialed technicians, apply today!
