Our clinic is equipped with top-tier medical, surgical, and dental equipment, including an underwater treadmill for advanced rehabilitation. Your Role – Clinical Leader and Driver of Excellence As a Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician (LVMT), you will be encouraged to practice at the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first approach. We consistently adhere to AAHA utilization guidelines. Primary responsibilities include: - Anesthesia and analgesia: IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, advanced monitoring, and recovery - Dentistry: Full-mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy under DVM direction - Diagnostics: High-quality radiography and positioning, in-house laboratory analysis, and sample collection - Nursing and triage: Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and management of catheters and feeding tubes - Workflow leadership: Leading technician appointments, coordinating team huddles, and mentoring assistants and externs Growth Opportunities and Schedule - Career growth tailored to your interests, with paid precepting, skill check-offs linked to ladder milestones, and leadership training - Full-time employment with flexible scheduling options (choose between four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts) and a predictable weekend rotation - Access to modern equipment, including digital radiography, dental radiography, in-house laboratory, infusion pumps, and multi-parameter monitors If you are ready to advance your career with a team that values and fully utilizes credentialed technicians, apply today!
