We’re a busy, multi-doctor practice nestled in the charming community of Summerville, SC, just a short drive from Charleston. Our 7-doctor team is dedicated to providing top-tier patient care in a collaborative, high-energy environment. We offer a range of services to our small animal and exotic patients, from surgery and dentistry to urgent care, all backed by cutting-edge technology like ultrasound and digital radiology. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add an enthusiastic full-time veterinarian to our close-knit team. Whether you're just starting your career or are an experienced DVM looking for a fresh opportunity, we welcome all levels of experience. What We Offer: • Comprehensive Care: Surgery, Dentistry, Ultrasound, In-House Labwork, Digital Radiology (to include dental radiology), Mobile Services, and more! • Advanced Collaboration: Work alongside our on-site internist for complex cases, with monthly CE meetings to continue growing your skills. • A Team Approach: Supported by a fantastic team of 16+ well-trained technicians and experienced leadership. Position Requirements: • Work schedule: 3, 12-hour shifts per week with a 90-minute lunch break • Shifts available: 11am–11pm • The practice is open 6-days a week with extended hours; shifts are scheduled on a 4-week rotating schedule. • Surgical proficiency is preferred for one of the positions. • We welcome veterinarians of all experience levels Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive base salary starting at $140,000-160,000, plus 20% production pay over base salary. • $2,000 annual continuing education stipend • Paid licensing fees, PLIT insurance, and professional dues • Competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time Off (STO) • Simple IRA with 3% employer match • Health insurance with 75% of premium covered • Efficient and knowledgeable support staff with 20+ trained technicians; several licensed and more in formal education platforms. • Paid maternity leave • Opportunity to work with exotics/pocket pets if desired Why Choose Us?
