Associate Veterinarian Rock Hill, SC | Full-Time Compensation: $115,000– $180,000 base + Pro-sal We’re working on a full-time Associate Veterinarian opportunity in Rock Hill with a long-established companion-animal hospital that offers a broad GP caseload, a collaborative team, and a schedule designed to support work-life balance. This is a great fit for either an experienced veterinarian or a newer graduate who wants mentorship, autonomy, and the resources to build a long-term career in a supportive environment. The opportunity includes: $115K–$140K base salary $140K–$180K total earning potential with production $30,000 sign-on bonus 4-day workweek Rotating Saturdays No on-call No late nights Approximately 3:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio 14 days of PTO Paid CE time Major holidays off Health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement benefits CE allowance Professional dues and licensing support Liability coverage Relocation assistance Partnership / ownership opportunities The hospital provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs and cats, including wellness, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, mass removals, cystotomies, internal medicine workups, and preventive care. Clinical resources include digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory equipment, electronic medical records, and AI-assisted documentation. Candidates should have a DVM/VMD or equivalent and be licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina.
