Associate Veterinarian Columbia, SC | Full-Time Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 + sign-on bonus We’re working on a full-time Associate Veterinarian opportunity in Columbia with an established small-animal practice offering a varied caseload, a supportive team, and a schedule built around work-life balance. This is a great fit for either a newer graduate who wants structured mentorship or an experienced veterinarian looking for a collaborative environment with room to continue developing clinically. The opportunity includes: $100K–$130K salary range Sign-on bonus 4-day workweek Monday–Friday hours Last appointment around 4:20 PM 2-hour lunch block Approximately 3:1 staff-to-doctor ratio Health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Continuing education allowance and CE days Professional dues and license reimbursement Partnership / ownership opportunities The practice provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs and cats, with the occasional poultry case as well. Clinical resources include a new ultrasound system, in-house laboratory equipment, digital radiography, dentistry, general surgery, and diagnostic support. Candidates should have a DVM/VMD or equivalent and be licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian looking for a four-day schedule, good clinical support, and long-term growth in the Columbia area.
