Requirements
We are working on behalf of a well-established small animal hospital in Conway, SC that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its growing team. This is a practice that takes work-life balance seriously. Doctors work Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and finish at noon on Fridays, with no weekends and no emergency shifts. Full-time and part-time schedules are both on the table. The hospital is built around a tenured, cross-trained support team that genuinely enjoys working together, so doctors have the help they need to practice thorough medicine and stay efficient through the day. The caseload covers medicine, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and preventive care, with plenty of room to build long-term client relationships. Compensation is strong, with a base salary of up to $148,000 plus a quarterly production bonus with no negative accrual, along with sign-on and relocation assistance.
