We feel that we’ve created a win-win situation benefiting veterinarians, practices, caregivers, clients, and pets! ⭐️ Position Overview Join Homelove as a Caregiver and use your experience and skills, traveling to client’s homes to deliver technician services under the guidance and partnership of a veterinarian. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in veterinary care, a genuine passion for patient well-being, and a dedication to exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in cultivating meaningful relationships between veterinarians, clients, and pets– delivering high-quality, compassionate care that nurtures the human-animal bond. ⭐️ Key Responsibilities -Onboard partnered practices to the Homelove platform. -Collaborate with vets to ensure seamless, continuous care. -Serve as a liaison between clients and vets. -Coordinate scheduling visits with clients. -Travel to client homes and practices. -Handle and restrain animals using Fear-Free techniques and maintain a safe environment. -Perform vet-directed medical services in the home setting. -Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively between vets and clients. -Manage diagnostic sample submissions to reference labs. -Manage and organize mobile and office equipment and supplies to ensure they are clean, functional, and stocked at our downtown office location. ⭐️ Qualifications -Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT or RVT) (Required) -Fear-Free Certified (preferred) -Minimum 3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic, hospital, or mobile setting. -Proficiency in technical skills, including, but not limited to, venipuncture, cystocentesis, and bp monitoring. -Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. -Familiarity with hospital operations and willingness to liaise effectively with vets and clients. -Ability to work independently and adapt within diverse home and mobile environments. -Valid driver’s license in good standing. -Safe, presentable, and reliable vehicle and up to date with maintenance. -Ability to lift and carry animals up to 50 lbs. -Weekday availability with flexibility for weekends as needed. -Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship. ⭐️ What We Offer -Annual Base Salary of $50,000 & Revenue Sharing -Unlimited PTO -PTO for Federal Holidays -Health, Dental & Vision Insurance -401K & 4% Company Matching -Vehicle Stipend -$2,000 Annual CE Stipend -Scrubs Allotted -Opportunities for Professional Growth & Development Disclaimer: The listed salary range reflects the compensation for this role within the specified local metropolitan area.
