Client Service Representative - Per Diem

PetMedic Urgent Care Vet Clinic is looking to add a compassionate and skilled per-diem Client Service Representative to our team.  At PetMedic, you can help shape the exciting new world of veterinary urgent care. As part of our team, you’ll work with the latest technology, stay ahead using educational training, and partner with experienced doctors to deliver the highest quality of care to the pet patients we all love.   Client Service Representative   PetMedic in Warwick, RI  WHAT YOU’LL DO   Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system   Warmly greets clients   Prepares patient files   Receives and relays client correspondence and updates client financial records   Answers client’s inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures   Educates clients on over-the-counter products such as flea and tick preventions   Admits patients and handles medical records entries accurately   Prepares client invoices for services performed   Handles payment transactions   Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly   Individual clinics to add info that’s specific to their hiring needs    Our Comprehensive benefit package includes: Great pay and 401K with a company match of up to 4%- after 6 months of service   Sick Time Accrual   REQUIREMENTS     High school diploma or equivalent   Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is preferred but not required   Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment   Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people   Individual clinics to add info that’s specific to their hiring needs    Rarebreed Veterinary Partners is a purpose-driven team that places talent first by supporting professionals to thrive in our industry and empowering hospital teams to provide exceptional care for pets and their owners.
