Associate Veterinarian – Providence County, RI - #9586 We’re looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our friendly, hardworking team in Providence County. If you enjoy practicing great medicine in a laid-back, supportive environment where people genuinely like working together, you’ll feel right at home here. Our team takes pride in building real relationships—with each other and with our clients. We treat our patients like family and believe veterinary medicine should be both rewarding and enjoyable. We work hard, but we also keep things light, support one another, and don’t take ourselves too seriously. If you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative, upbeat setting and can keep a positive attitude even on busy days, you’ll fit right in. You’ll be backed by an experienced, highly trained technician team who handle client education, phlebotomy, catheter placement, anesthesia, and more—allowing you to focus on practicing medicine and connecting with clients. We offer a flexible schedule to fit your lifestyle. Full-time can be four full days per week, while part-time options may include a mix of mornings and afternoons—we’re open to what works best for you. We’re looking for someone outgoing, team-oriented, and who enjoys building relationships with both clients and coworkers. A good sense of humor and the ability to stay grounded during stressful moments go a long way here. This probably isn’t the right fit for someone who prefers a very rigid or overly formal environment—we value approachability, teamwork, and a positive culture. Compensation includes a base salary typically around $100,000 for newer graduates, with experienced veterinarians earning closer to $150,000, depending on skillset and production. Bonus potential is also available. If you’re looking for a place where you can do good work, feel supported, and actually enjoy your day-to-day, we’d love to connect.
