Job Description

We’re proud to present an opportunity to join a well-established, multi-site veterinary group in the Greater Providence area that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to their team. This is a flexible opportunity, open to both full-time and part-time doctors, and well suited to someone at any stage of their career — from confident new graduates seeking mentorship to experienced clinicians looking for balance and collaboration. The group consists of three modern, well-equipped hospitals with a total team of around ten veterinarians. Facilities are bright, contemporary, and stocked with comprehensive in-house diagnostics to support high-quality medicine. A standout feature of this group is the access to weekly in-house ACVIM and ACVS consults, alongside nearby referral and emergency centers, allowing you to practice excellent medicine without carrying the burden of after-hours responsibilities. The culture here is genuinely supportive and team-oriented, with a strong emphasis on work/life balance. Most doctors work a 3.5-day week, there are no on-call or after-hours duties, and you’ll be supported by a loyal, well-trained technical team and an educated client base that values gold-standard care. Mentorship and structured development programs are available for new graduates, while experienced associates enjoy autonomy, collaboration, and opportunities to grow within the wider group. If this sounds like the type of opportunity you’ve been looking for, why not get in touch today to learn more? The next step in your career could be right around the corner!
