Veterinary Technician Manager – 2nd Shift    Are you an experienced veterinary technician with a passion for leadership? Ocean State Veterinary Specialists (OSVS) is seeking a Veterinary Technician Manager to lead our dedicated evening team. If you’re motivated, compassionate, and ready to inspire others, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a talented team of veterinary technicians. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and top-quality patient care. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional development. Train and onboard new team members. Collaborate with senior leadership to refine policies, procedures, and hospital culture. Serve as a hands-on manager, stepping in to provide direct patient care as needed. Keep equipment maintained and operational. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of veterinary technician experience (Credentialed Technician preferred). Previous veterinary leadership or management experience strongly preferred. Ability to work 2nd shift, one weekend shift per week, and some holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to connect with both clients and staff. Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills. A collaborative leader with a positive, professional attitude. Why Join OSVS?
