Our facility includes digital radiology, ultrasound, an in-house lab (CBC/Chemistry analyzers, I-Stat, microscopes), digital dental radiography, high-speed dental equipment, and cold and surgical lasers.

Located in Red Lion, Pennsylvania, we are 20 minutes from the Maryland line and situated midway between Lancaster and Harrisburg. Philadelphia and Pittsburgh are also within driving distance.

As the first and last person our clients interact with, you'll play an essential role in making every visit welcoming, compassionate, and memorable. Qualified candidates: Create a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for every client and patient. Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with pet owners. Answer multi-line phones with confidence, empathy, and efficiency. Schedule appointments while helping clients understand our services and recommendations. Assist clients with financial conversations, estimates, and payment options with compassion and professionalism. Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience. Remain calm and compassionate during emotional or stressful situations, including medical emergencies and end-of-life appointments. Help educate clients on hospital services, preventive care, wellness programs, and vaccine recommendations. Keep the reception area organized, welcoming, and reflective of our commitment to excellent service. We're Looking for Someone Who...
