Our practice is located across from the Schmidt's Piazza in the thriving Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia.

Job Description

Do you have a passion for animals and a talent for delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a compassionate, organized Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this role, you'll help create an outstanding experience for every client and patient by providing friendly, efficient service while supporting our veterinarians and medical team. Whether you're greeting clients, coordinating appointments, or assisting with specialty referrals, you'll play an essential role in helping our hospital run smoothly. Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role: Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person, over the phone, and via email  Schedule appointments and coordinate specialty and referral cases   Welcome clients, manage patient check-in and check-out, and process payments accurately   Answer phones and obtain patient history and visit information   Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with veterinarians and technicians   Assist clients with prescription refills, prescription diets, and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian   Maintain accurate medical records and enter information into our practice management software   Communicate professionally with clients, referring veterinarians, and our medical team   Maintain a calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment   Support an exceptional client experience through teamwork, organization, and attention to detail  This description is not intended to be a complete list of responsibilities.
