This role is ideal for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates who are passionate about delivering gold-standard care, building long-term client relationships, and working collaboratively with a supportive team. The veterinarian will have medical autonomy, the ability to perform surgeries, and access to advanced diagnostic and surgical technologies while enjoying flexible scheduling and strong work-life balance. About the Practice: This practice has been a trusted veterinary provider in Philadelphia, offering comprehensive small animal services including: Wellness, sick visits, and surgery Digital X-ray and in-house laboratories Dedicated surgical and dental suites Collaborative, team-focused culture with skilled support staff The hospital spans 5,500 sq. ft. with 9 exam rooms, and a 2.5:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio, allowing for an efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
