Creekside Animal Hospital is a 2 doctor, small animal hospital in northeastern Pennsylvania, just outside of Wilkes-Barre. We are a small, close knit group of individuals that value complete, up-to-date care for our patients, great office culture for our staff, and overall quality of life for everyone.
Our hospital is located just outside of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. We are in a rural area but in close proximity to several cities and the Pocono mountains. We are also within driving distance of the finger lakes, Philadelphia, Hershey Park, and much more!
Requirements
We are currently seeking a full-time, motivated small animal veterinarian for our practice. We are a privately owned, two doctor, general practice focusing on preventative health care, diagnostics, and medical and surgical management of cases. We are diagnostically driven, wanting to get to the bottom of issues before implementing appropriate treatment, avoiding the trial-and-error approach when possible. Our office is open 8:30-6 pm, Monday through Friday, with appointments in two blocks from 9:15 am-1 pm and 3:15-6 pm. Not only do we provide ample time for charting and call backs during the break, but phones are turned off from 1:30-2:30 so that everyone can enjoy a peaceful lunch. Appointments are scheduled for anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the appointment type, averaging between 15-25 appointments per doctor daily. We want to cultivate any prospective employees interests and will work hard to make sure you have the tools you need to practice the medicine you would like.
