Each location is thoughtfully designed to support comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care while maintaining a warm and collaborative team culture. Key Highlights: • Privately owned, purpose-built hospitals with modern, state-of-the-art facilities • Base salary up to $160,000 • Four-day workweek with only one in four Saturdays • Flexible scheduling with dedicated surgery and consultation days • Supportive and experienced veterinary and technician teams (minimum 2 techs per DVM) • Encouragement and full support to pursue your clinical interests and professional development • Diverse caseloads across dogs, cats, and some exotics • Positive, collaborative culture with approachable leadership and open communication • No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities About You: • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent, with or eligible for Pennsylvania state license • A minimum of one year of experience preferred (new graduates welcome with mentorship available) • Passionate about providing exceptional medical care and client service • Comfortable performing routine surgeries and consultations • Enthusiastic about continuous learning, collaboration, and contributing to a positive team culture Benefits: • Competitive base salary $120,000–$160,000 + production (ProSal, no negative accrual) • Health insurance including dental, vision, accident, and disability options • 401(k) / IRA match • 160 hours PTO (4 weeks) + CE days • CE allowance and all professional dues, licenses, and fees covered • Employee discounts on veterinary services • Supportive environment promoting career growth and well-being • Regular team events and a genuinely caring culture
