An established veterinary practice serving Oregon's Rogue Valley for 20 years is looking for an experienced veterinarian to join the team as Medical Director. This is a hands-on clinical leadership position for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing medicine, mentoring others, and helping create a positive and collaborative hospital environment. The Practice The hospital provides comprehensive care for small animals and exotic pets and offers a varied general practice caseload. Case mix includes: * Wellness and preventive care * Surgery * Dentistry * Urgent care * Small animal medicine * Exotic animal medicine Clinical resources include: * Digital radiography * Ultrasound * Dental radiography * Skilled veterinary technicians * Dedicated client service representatives * Strong operational and leadership support The Medical Director Opportunity As Medical Director, you'll combine clinical practice with leadership and mentorship. The role is ideal for a veterinarian who wants to have a meaningful voice in clinical standards and hospital culture while continuing to see patients and maintain medical autonomy.
