Requirements
We are working on behalf of an AAHA accredited small animal hospital in Portland, OR that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its team. The hospital is a large, well equipped facility with a complete surgery and dentistry suite, two treatment rooms, and five exam rooms, and uses hands-free radiology as part of its safety standards. The team includes Fear Free Certified members and treats a general practice mix of dogs and cats. This is a full time role built around four 10 hour shifts a week, made up of one surgery shift and three room shifts, Monday through Friday between 8am and 6pm, with no weekend work required. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with the range reflecting a 40 hour work week, plus further variable pay potential. This is a strong fit for a DVM who wants a genuine surgery and dentistry caseload, modern facilities, and a predictable, weekend-free schedule.
