Pacific Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Lead Certified Veterinary Technician to join our practice. This an excellent opportunity for candidates with leadership experience looking to grow their career within a supportive environment! Our technical team is essential to delivering outstanding patient care and client service. In this role, you’ll not only perform day-to-day veterinary technician duties but also serve as a leader and educator for our Veterinary Technician and Veterinary Assistant team. Your primary focus will be on fostering growth through hands-on training, skill development, and mentorship. You'll help delegate tasks to support efficient workflow, ensure adherence to safety and medical protocols, and actively coach team members to build confidence and competence.
