Echo Hollow and Forest Valley are small-animal, general and urgent care (Echo Hollow) practices located in Eugene and Cottage Grove, Oregon. In total, our team is made up of 5 Associates with a 4:1 staff to doctor ratio. Amongst our team is a vast array of experience ranging from 50 years in practice to new graduates. This allows for collaborative mentorship and innovative thinking to continually provide the highest level of care and stay at the forefront of veterinary medicine advancements.
Requirements
Our Receptionist Team works together in managing our front desk on a daily basis and performing a variety of clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our hospital. You will welcome and greet clients who come to our hospital. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including scheduling appointments, answering and redirecting phone calls in addition to triaging patients over the phone. We are a high volume hospital which leads to a fast paced environment. Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday 10-Close(7pm) Weekends as needed
