Dallas Animal Clinic is looking for a full-time Veterinary Hospital Manager to join our thriving team! We are seeking servant leaders with proven success in people management, who share our growth mindset and drive to foster outstanding team culture. Qualifications: 5+ years of leadership experience required 3+ years of veterinary experience required Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, growing revenue and processing payroll Experience managing the development and growth of teams Demonstrates emotional intelligence and strong conflict management skills Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft suite and various practice management systems (AviMark preferred) Self-directed and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team As the Hospital Manager, you will partner with our Medical Director and be responsible for many aspects of the day-to day management of the business. Most important, you will build a positive culture and cultivate trust with our existing team. This is a “hands-on” position, and the Hospital Manager is expected to assist the hospital in various areas as needed. This is a full-time position with a standard Monday-Friday schedule, and candidates are expected to have flexibility to meet the needs of the hospital; Occasional Saturday shifts may be required.
