Our well-established small animal practice in Tulsa is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, family-oriented team. You'll work in a modern, purpose-built hospital equipped with updated technology, an in-house laboratory, and efficient workflows designed to help you practice your best medicine. This position focuses on companion animal medicine and surgery, with a manageable caseload and strong technician support. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break and Thursdays off. The hospital is closed on weekends, and while doctors share an after-hours phone, no emergency or after-hours appointments are required. We're looking for a veterinarian who enjoys working as part of a team, communicates with compassion, values client relationships, and brings a positive, "pitch-in-and-help" attitude. Experienced veterinarians are preferred, but confident new graduates seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply. Compensation includes a negotiable base salary starting around $110,000, a modified ProSal model with a 20% production bonus and no negative accrual, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, retirement plan with employer matching, generous continuing education support, and more.
