About the Opportunity As an Associate Veterinarian, you'll have the opportunity to see a diverse small animal caseload while working alongside an experienced and collaborative veterinary team. What You'll Be Doing Your day-to-day may include: Performing comprehensive physical examinations and developing individualized treatment plans Diagnosing and managing a variety of medical conditions Providing preventive and wellness care Performing soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures Developing anesthesia and pain-management plans Utilizing digital radiography and ultrasonography to support patient diagnosis Educating clients on preventive care and long-term health Building lasting relationships with pets and their families Collaborating with veterinary technicians and support staff Maintaining thorough and accurate medical records Continuing to grow your knowledge and clinical skills through CE and mentorship What We're Looking For We're looking for a veterinarian who is: A DVM or VMD graduate from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school Licensed to practice in Oklahoma or eligible for Oklahoma licensure NAVLE certified Compassionate and passionate about patient care A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with clients Collaborative and team-oriented Comfortable trusting and working alongside veterinary technicians and support staff Interested in developing their skills in surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, or other areas of interest Committed to lifelong learning Positive, dependable, and eager to contribute to a great hospital culture Experience is preferred, but not required. Salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
