Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient restraint, treatments, and diagnostics  Support emergency and critical care patient flow during overnight shifts  Prepare treatment areas, surgical suites, and diagnostic equipment  Monitor hospitalized patients and report changes in condition  Collect and process laboratory samples  Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment and ICU areas  Provide compassionate support to clients and patients during emergency visits  Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining hospital readiness Skills Knowledge and Expertise Previous veterinary assistant experience required Emergency, ICU, or specialty experience strongly preferred  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced emergency setting  Strong communication and teamwork skills  Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations  Comfortable working overnight shifts and weekends  Passion for emergency and critical care veterinary medicine Swing shift and weekend availability required Why Neel?
