Job Description

Jenks Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians eager to fully utilize their surgical and anesthesia expertise while making a meaningful impact on patient care. In this role, you will: Provide exceptional patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep and recovery, and dental cleanings and radiographs. Ensure an efficient surgical and procedural workflow, anticipating the needs of the veterinary team and patients. Communicate with clients to review treatment plans, answer questions, and provide discharge instructions with empathy and clarity. This role is ideal for detail-oriented technicians who are passionate about anesthesia and are ready to work at the top of their license in a supportive, team-focused environment. This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday. Saturday shifts are on rotation with a 7:30 AM- 12:00 PM shift.
