Requirements
We are excited to be representing a well-established, community-focused small animal hospital in Bartlesville, OK that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to their collaborative and supportive team. This is a thriving, full-service hospital with three experienced DVMs and a strong team of eight support staff, creating a positive and highly communicative working environment. The doctors pride themselves on open case discussion and shared decision-making, ensuring no one feels professionally isolated. Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a recent graduate, you’ll have access to mentorship, collaboration, and clinical autonomy. You’ll have access to a wide range of up-to-date equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory diagnostics, and a fully equipped surgical and dental suite. Their caseload is varied and interesting, covering wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, pain management, dermatology, cardiology, orthopedics, neurology, and more. Appointments are thoughtfully scheduled in 30-minute consultations and 60-minute appointments for complex or second-opinion cases - allowing you the time you need to practice high-quality medicine! You’ll typically see 10–15 appointments per day, with a balanced mix of consults, diagnostics, and surgery. There is no weekday on-call, and Saturday on-call duties rotate from 8am–2pm, supporting a genuine work/life balance. The schedule offers a rotating 3–4 day workweek, providing flexibility while maintaining excellent earning potential.
