Nice people work here. My buttons, my buttons, my groovy, groovy buttons. This is how our practice works: we have one doctor per shift with 10-12 support staff, so our doctors are very productive, and we can pay them a lot per hour, or on commission, whichever is higher. We have embraced our role as a "primary care provider" in this rural area. We generally have more work than we can do so we refer anything that's too difficult or time consuming to enable us to keep up. Sometimes we get behind, but that's ok, our clients come to us because of our quality and price point, not because of our timely service. Our doctors focus on exams and treatment plans, and our staff executes. Surgeries are optional. We only employ genuinely nice people. We're in the market for another permanent full or part time DVM too, so take a relief shift and check us out!

Requirements
Do what you were trained to do instead of searching for an assistant to help wrestle dogs or reading fecals! $200/hour. Dogs and cats only. 7-8 appointments per hour. No emergencies, no on call, no overnight patients, just Monday - Friday 9-5 and that can flex. Part or full time. Guaranteed base with benefits plus commission bonus on everything including preventives and food. Awesome staff and family friendly management. Beautiful, spacious, well equipped hospital, and willing to add the equipment that's important to you. Our DVMs can stick to diagnosing, prescribing treatment and doing surgery and our staff does the rest! We mentor if asked and let you practice medicine your way if you don't. We're surrounded by corporate practices and thriving! Work 8 hours a week and earn 80k/year or up to 40 hours a week and 400k/year.
