This opportunity is intentionally flexible. Experienced DVMs with surgical skills can bring those capabilities to an established and well-supported clinical environment. New graduates are also encouraged to consider the opportunity and can receive mentorship and support while developing their medical and surgical confidence. The practice is also willing to have a genuine conversation about what matters most to you — whether that’s compensation, schedule, student debt assistance, professional development, mentorship, or work-life balance.
