Madison Veterinary Hospital was first founded by Dr. Faulkner in 1970 and is located north of the square on Rt. 528. Dr. Zulandt and his wife purchased the practice at the end of November 2015. In 2020, we were privilaged to purchase the old Collins Bi-Rite grocery store. We have since completed renovations and are now are proud to provide a state of the art facility that supports our continually growing client base. We continue to pride ourselves on practicing quality and compassionate medicine while maintaining the small town family feel that our clients are accustomed to.
