We’re looking for an energetic and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our pet-loving team! What You’ll Do • Greet clients and their furry family members with warmth and enthusiasm. • Answer phones, manage check-ins/ check out, schedule and confirm appointments. • Process payments, invoices and medical records. • Assist with pet care including comfort and basic cleaning • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area • Support the veterinary team with daily operations • Help create a positive experience for every pet and pet parent. What We’re looking for • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills • Passion for animals and confidence handling pets of all sizes. • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask • Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems • Previous customer service, receptionist, or animal care is a plus- but we’re happy to train the right person!
