Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (No weekends, no on-call, no overnight shifts) Join a Mission-Driven Team TAHO is a community-based animal welfare organization dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality veterinary care regardless of an owner's financial circumstances. This position is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys building lasting client relationships, practicing excellent medicine, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance in an outpatient-only setting. Benefits * Competitive salary * Access to medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid vacation and 6 paid holidays * Continuing education allowance and paid CE time * AVMA, OVMA, DEA, and PLIT dues paid * Technology stipend * Free personal pet care * State licensing and professional dues covered Qualifications * DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary school * Active Ohio veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Passion for compassionate, high-quality patient care * Team-oriented mindset Experienced veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply. While this position does not include a formal mentorship program, our collaborative team provides a supportive environment for professional growth. If you're looking for a practice where you can provide outstanding medicine, serve your community, and enjoy the flexibility and support of a private organization without the pressures of corporate production metrics, we'd love to hear from you.
