Our Animal Clinic is entering an exciting new chapter, focused on creating a supportive culture, sustainable workflows, and exceptional patient care. A new veterinarian is joining the team this Summer, and we're looking for another collaborative DVM to help shape the future of the practice. Whether you're seeking an Associate Veterinarian role or are ready to step into a Managing DVM position, you'll enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for leadership and professional growth. Orthopedic equipment is already in place, and mentorship is available through a partnering specialty practice. The hospital features four exam rooms, a dedicated surgical suite, ultrasound, digital radiology, and a therapy laser. Dedicated surgery days are available, and there are no grooming, boarding, hospitalization, or on-call responsibilities. Exotics are welcome if that's an area you'd like to practice. We value work-life balance and build schedules collaboratively. Candidates should be open to occasional evening or Saturday coverage, but flexibility is a priority. We're looking for a veterinarian who enjoys collaboration, values a positive team culture, and wants the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while practicing high-quality medicine.
