Key Highlights: • Lead the delivery of best-in-class veterinary medicine, ensuring consistency with professional and ethical standards. • Oversee patient safety, quality of care, and client communication to maintain excellence in medical outcomes. • Partner with hospital leadership to shape and execute clinical strategies that support growth and sustainability. • Guide and mentor veterinarians through ongoing education, case review, and feedback. • Collaborate with recruitment and postgraduate education teams to attract, train, and retain top veterinary talent. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners through outreach, education, and communication. • Participate in organizational initiatives, CE events, and recruiting conferences to build the hospital’s reputation and reach. • Engage in operational leadership, supporting scheduling, financial planning, and clinical resource management. • Address complex medical and client concerns with professionalism and empathy. • Contribute to hospital projects and initiatives that enhance efficiency, patient safety, and caregiver engagement. About You: • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. • Active or eligible licensure in Ohio. • 5+ years of progressive veterinary experience, ideally with previous leadership exposure. • Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop veterinary professionals. • Skilled communicator with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset. • Dedicated to advancing medical quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
