Practice Overview

We are a family owned, AAHA accredited, small animal practice that provides general practice/preventative medicine and surgery, 24/7 Emergency and Critical Care services, Internal Medicine and Specialty Surgery. We currently have a staff of 13 doctors and and over 70 support staff; despite a large number of employees everyone is very close-knit and takes care of one another. We are located in Cincinnati, Ohio and while we are not "low cost", we do provide a more affordable option for many clients in the area compared to other specialty and emergency practices. We take pride in being the first 24-hour emergency hospital in the Cincinnati area- open since the 1970s!

About the Area

We are located on the West side of Cincinnati in Finneytown, OH inside the 275 loop conveniently off of Ronald Regan Highway. We easily service many parts of Ohio, Northern Kentucky and South-eastern Indiana.

WHAT YOU’LL DO    Work together as a team with Managing Doctor and Regional Operations Manager to promote and develop collaborative patient care, client service, and financial/medical goals   Hire staff with appropriate references. Manage salary reviews, and staff performance   Coach and train staff, while providing a career path   Schedule for maximum coverage and meeting payroll targets   Resolve client non-medical complaints   Administrative duties such as payroll submission, accounts payable/receivable and work with management to understand financial statements and other financial data to find ways to improve revenues, reduce COGS/COS and increase EBITDA   Monitor the cost of purchasing so the practice operations within budget.
