Associate Veterinarian - Tarrytown, New York $130,000–$165,000 + 20% ProSal | $10K Sign-On | 4-Day Workweek | New Hospital Opening 2027 The Opportunity A brand-new small animal hospital opening in early 2027 is looking for an Associate Veterinarian who wants the opportunity to help build something from the beginning. You’ll join the founding Medical Director as the hospital grows into a collaborative multi-doctor practice, giving you the opportunity to have a genuine voice in the culture, clinical standards, workflows, and client experience from day one. This is comprehensive small animal GP with modern technology, strong support, a 4-day workweek, no on-call, and opportunities for future leadership and potential partnership as the hospital grows. Support The goal is approximately a 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, along with dedicated assistants and client service support. The hospital is being intentionally structured so veterinarians can focus on practicing medicine rather than being pulled into tasks that can be appropriately handled by the support team. Mentorship for New & Early-Career DVMs New graduates are welcome.
