We’re working with a well-established, community-focused small animal hospital in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn that is looking to welcome an experienced Associate Veterinarian to their close-knit team. This practice has been a trusted part of the neighborhood for well over a decade and has built a loyal client base who value high-quality medicine delivered with empathy, professionalism, and a sense of humor. The hospital operates from a charming, well-maintained standalone facility and is equipped to support a busy, high-standard GP caseload, with a particular strength in dentistry and soft-tissue surgery. You’ll be supported by an experienced, long-tenured team of technicians and client service staff who genuinely enjoy working together and take pride in what they do. The culture here is collaborative, respectful, and refreshingly drama-free; the kind of environment where doctors feel heard, supported, and trusted to practice medicine their way. The schedule is designed with sustainability in mind, including shared Saturdays (not every weekend), and leadership is very conscious of avoiding burnout.
