My name is Wilfredo Perez and I have been serving the North Country with small animal basic veterinary services for over 30 years, specifically in the town of Massena, New York. As I near retirement, I am in search of a successor veterinarian to take over my practice as we have had 2 veterinary offices close in the area within the last 2 years and the area is in desperate need of veterinary care, not only for routine clientele, but also for the humane societies and feral cat organizations around. That being said I am offering my clinic and clientele for an exceptional price to keep services in tact. The clinic has living quarters on site that include 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and washer/dryer hook up, all with opportunity to expand. We are located on 52 acres with water access to the Grasse River. Because I do not wish to close this office and leave my loyal clientele in need, I am willing to offer an exceptional price to a successor veterinarian interested in this offer.
