While LVT licensure is not required, candidates should have previous veterinary hospital experience, strong clinical knowledge, and a passion for developing people and creating positive hospital culture. As our Veterinary Practice Manager, you'll partner closely with the Managing Veterinarian and hospital leadership to oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while serving as a visible, supportive presence for the team. You Will Love Oversee daily operations of a small animal veterinary clinic. Support hospital workflow, scheduling, and team coordination. Assist on the floor with patient handling, restraint, and workflow support as needed. Partner with the MDVM to manage staffing, scheduling, and performance. Help drive client experience initiatives and client service standards. Support administrative functions, including payroll coordination, inventory oversight, and hospital procedures. Coach, support, and mentor team members. Identify process improvements and help optimize hospital efficiency. Act as a bridge between leadership and the hospital team. You Will Bring Minimum 3+ years experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic (required). Strong Veterinary Assistant or Technician skills: patient handling, assisting doctors/techs, treatment support, and clinic workflow. Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of veterinary clinic operations and hospital flow. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. Highly organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure. Experience with practice management software is a plus. LVT license welcome but not required.
