This role is ideal for a confident, experienced DVM ready to take ownership of clinical leadership, medical standards, and team development. This is not a new graduate role and is best suited to a veterinarian with several years of small animal experience who is comfortable working independently and guiding a clinical team. The position offers strong professional autonomy, with the potential for future equity consideration, making it a compelling long-term leadership opportunity.
