Compensation & Benefits -Base Salary: $120,000–$175,000 annually (full-time equivalent), depending on experience and clinical capabilities, with additional earning potential through production. Flexible compensation structures, including ProSal with no negative accrual, are available. Experienced veterinarians are preferred, but we're also open to confident new graduates with strong clinical skills and a willingness to grow. We're also happy to consider part-time candidates, provided they're available to work full-day shifts rather than shortened workdays.
