We’re looking for a Veterinary Practice Manager who will help us continue to provide an outstanding experience for both our clients and staff. Key Responsibilities: -Financial Management: Payroll, prepare and perform bank deposits, manage bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and supervise hospital accounting. Assist in budgeting and prepare financial reports or audits as needed. -Staff Leadership and Support: Schedule staff, assign daily responsibilities, mediate personnel concerns, and lead regular team meetings to foster clear communication and support. -Client Relations: Act as a liaison for client concerns and take prompt, thoughtful action to resolve complaints while maintaining a high standard of service. -Facility Oversight: Ensure the hospital building and equipment are properly maintained and oversee purchasing of supplies and equipment. -Regulatory Compliance: Monitor operations to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, guidelines, and veterinary industry standards. -Marketing & IT: Oversee the practice’s marketing initiatives and ensure smooth function of information technology systems to support daily operations. What We’re Looking For: -Practice Management Experience: You have 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in a veterinary setting, and you're well-versed in both clinical operations and client service. Your background demonstrates the ability to lead teams, streamline workflows, and maintain a high standard of patient and client care. -Strong Leadership Skills: You’re a natural at motivating a team, and you excel at resolving conflicts and providing clear guidance. -Organizational Pro: You can juggle many tasks at once, ensuring things run smoothly while maintaining a calm, collected demeanor. -Customer-Centered: You’re committed to fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their pets receive the best possible care. -Positive, Team-Player Attitude: You’ll fit right in with our close-knit group if you share our core values of collaboration, respect, and a can-do attitude.
