An established veterinary hospital in the Las Vegas Valley is looking for an experienced veterinarian to step into a Medical Director role with a unique opportunity to help shape the next chapter of the practice. The Opportunity This is a hands-on clinical leadership position for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing medicine but is ready to have a greater influence on how a hospital operates. Who They're Looking For * DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree * Eligible for veterinary licensure in Nevada * 5+ years of clinical veterinary experience * Leadership or management experience preferred * Strong clinical judgment * Understanding of veterinary hospital operations * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Interest in mentoring and developing other veterinarians * Collaborative leadership style * Commitment to high-quality patient care and client experience Why This Role Is Different Some Medical Director positions are primarily about managing what already exists.
